Framed Honeysuckle Bower

Description : Framed print by Zara H, based on the painting by Paul Rubens 1609. The original piece was made of the artist and his wife after their marriage, and I opted to show that through a lesbian couple of color. In the piece both women are dressed in what is considered noble attire for the time, they appear regal but then soft in their touch at the same time. As a SWANA artist gold is prominent in my culture and I wanted to add touches of that through the gold pieces on their hands.
