Accordion and Lotus Fold Books Workshop

In this workshop you will learn 2 alternate book forms: the lotus and the accordion fold. These forms explore a more sculptural side of bookbinding, focusing on folding and adhesives, rather than thread. Perfect for depicting a continuous image, incorporating collage, non-linear storytelling or used as a photo album. You'll leave the class with 2 or more completed books and the knowledge and inspiration to create more in the future. All materials provided and no experience needed!
